Such an event can bring you sometime a transcendental experience, sometime just bit of relax, sometime.... So, for a help to happen that miracle, we follow some rules...

Rules that help us creat a safe space:

  1. Gradual entry into contact. We start with a circle, share our feeling and expectations - what we would like from this jam. Then we are silent together for a while, allowing our bodies to listen to themselves, to the space and to each other. Before the exchange of massage, there is a preliminary bodily contact in warm—ups, this is important, our bodies also need to get acquainted and adjust.
  2. State is more important than action. The state is the content that fills the forms of interaction. Practically, this means that before switching to massage, we establish contact with ourselves and do practices aimed at improving self—perception. We move, breathe, sound. Sometimes solo, and sometimes touching each other with their backs, arms, legs, heads... In the intervals between the change of a receiving , we also pause to connect with ourselves.
  3. Contact is more important than form. In the process, we care more about staying in touch [with ourselves, with the host and with each other] than about the "correctness of massage movements". We look anxiously in the direction of mechanical masseurs who know how to mash mechanically, watching TV and talking about football. It is better not to make any movements at all, gently touching and directing attention, than to crumple mechanically, thinking about your own.
  4. The presence, and unity of the participants is more important than the number of hands. Magic occurs when the participants are synchronous and act as one, multi-armed being. Imagine that a massage is a performance of a piece of music by an ensemble. Only it sounds in the space of sensations of the body. It is important to stay in the same rhythm and see /hear / relate to the rest of the parties.
  5. Clear instructions, boundaries and security. Undressing for a massage session or staying in clothes is your decision. If there are areas that you would not like to be touched, this can be indicated. We do not touch intimate areas by default, but if you want to touch, for example, the chest, you can allow them. At any time, you can take a break to be with yourself.

The session is moderated. It's like guided meditation. If experienced practitioners gather, it can also be a free, silent improvisation.
